Hosting, domain and email
Website hosting with HTTPS, a domain name and email are included. We agree the domain extension, number of mailboxes and capacity beforehand; expansions are quoted separately.
One small update each month
For example, replacing a photo, editing a short text or updating opening hours. One small update of approximately 10 minutes per month is included.
One personal point of contact
You deal directly with Robin. Send your question or requested change via WhatsApp; VSM takes care of the technical work.

What does the €99 setup cover?
Building and publishing your initial website within the scope we agree beforehand. Existing domain or email migrations and extra functionality are discussed and quoted separately where needed.
What counts as a small update?
One small adjustment requiring approximately 10 minutes, such as replacing an image or editing a short text. New pages, redesigns, new features and more extensive changes are not included and are quoted in advance.
Can I edit the website myself?
Optionally, VSM can arrange access to your own website project through ChatGPT/Codex and GitHub. Suitable personal accounts and any required subscription are separate. Additional setup, access permissions and the preview/publication process are agreed and quoted beforehand. A self-service editing panel is not included as standard.
Does this include a webshop or booking system?
No. This plan is intended for a straightforward business website. Webshops, payments, booking systems, custom integrations and paid third-party services require a separate proposal.
What are the contract terms?
Before you sign up, you receive a proposal stating the website scope, invoicing, contract duration, cancellation terms and arrangements for the domain, email and transfer. The website plan is separate from VSM Essentials.
