Standard rates
Need a business website? Our website plan is €29 per month plus €99 one-time setup, excluding VAT, including hosting, domain, email and one small monthly update.
Including VAT amounts use 21% VAT. Materials and parts are quoted separately.

How are travel costs calculated?
Mileage is €0.50 per kilometre excluding VAT from Woerden for the outward and return journeys. Travel time is charged separately at 50% of the applicable hourly rate.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Both prices excluding and including 21% VAT are shown. Parking, tolls and ferry charges are charged separately where applicable and discussed in advance.
Can I get a fixed project price?
Yes. Larger installations and projects are quoted individually. Work, materials and any travel costs are agreed in advance. Specific quotation or contract terms take precedence.
What about VSM Essentials?
The Essentials discount applies to remote support. On-site work and travel costs are charged separately unless agreed otherwise.
